TCAWA The
formation of a representative
professional body for tennis
coaches in Western Australia can
be traced back to 1957 when Mr
Keith Holten was elected
inaugural President of the
Western Australian Lawn Tennis

From its humble beginnings,
the association has grown from
strength to strength and
undergone several name changes to
its present name of Tennis
Coaches Australia Western
Australia (Inc). Today, the
association boasts a membership
of approximately 200 part time
and full time coaches.

TCAWA is affiliated to
Tennis
Coaches
Australia,
as are all Australian states and
territories.

The main aim of TCAWA is to
provide quality coach education
courses for members and potential
members. This ensures WA's tennis
clubs and schools are serviced by
highly qualified and experienced
tennis coaches.

Advanced Technical and
Tactical Coach - formerly

financial members yet to complete

actively involved in coaching
